Vacation timeshares also offer you flexibility. Though you do buy them
in one particular area, they are set up so that you can make trades with
others. If you have a timeshare in the Bahamas but wish to ski in Vail
one winter, you can make a trade with someone there who wants to go to
the Bahamas. You still pay the same amount, or possible a small fee, but
can save the money and go wherever you want. Vacation timeshares make
that possible by allowing timeshare owners to work together to go where
they want.
