What are the Best Ohio Theme Parks?

Chances are that if you are unaware of the roller coaster culture, you have no idea about any theme parks in Ohio. But, if you enjoy riding some of the biggest, fastest, most intense roller coasters in the world, then Ohio theme parks are the only place for you. Even though most people think that all of the best theme parks are located in Florida or California, one of the most impressive theme parks is actually located in Ohio – an odd place to put such a wild and crazy attraction. Nevertheless, if you are a big fan of roller coasters, you owe it to yourself to make the pilgrimage to Ohio at least once to ride some of the best coasters in the world.
You can find a plethora of the best coasters in the United States at Cedar Point theme park in Ohio. Known by many as the Roller Coaster Capitol of the World, Cedar Point is the crown jewel for coaster fanatics – and most say that anyone who likes coasters hasn’t lived until they have visited Cedar Point. Of all of the Ohio theme parks to go see – this is the one that you will want to spend most of your time at, as it has something for the entire family and fast and crazy rides galore for the older folks.
While Cedar Point is the theme park that gets all of the credit in Ohio, there are several other Ohio theme parks that are definitely worth your time and money. First off is the Geauga Lake Park near Cleveland. This is another park owned by the same company that owns Cedar Point, and features many similar, but entirely different, rides for people of all ages. Furthermore, Kings Island is worthy of a visit if you like water parks – and it is accessible almost any time of the year because a portion of it is completely indoors.
